We are currently seeking an IT Systems Integration Specialist to join our team of experienced professionals located at our office in Irving, TX.

• Design and implement IT infrastructure for client environments, emphasizing network architecture, redundancy, and failover mechanisms 

• Collaborate with clients to develop and deploy integration solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and expertise across multiple concurrent project
• Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from design through implementation 
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to IT solutions during integration 
• Coordinate equipment sourcing and procurement in collaboration with internal teams

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing critical network architectures (Cisco Switches, Cisco or Palo Alto Firewalls) and designing and deploying highly available on-premise solutions using hypervisors
• Ability to travel within Canada and the United States (approximately 20%)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in producing technical documentation and system drawing
• Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies 

• Implementation of network security best practices 
• Configuration of unmanaged switches, firewalls, and managed Layer 2/3 switches
• Deployment and management of hypervisors
• Experience with Managed IT Services, patching, and change control
• Backup and recovery tools, imaging processes 
• Active Directory and Windows Server configuration
• Familiarity with operational technology (PLCs, industrial controls, OPC networks)
• Experience with HMI/SCADA platforms (Ignition, FactoryTalk) 
• Knowledge of airport operations, airline IT systems, and baggage handling systems
• Industry certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCSA, A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, VCP, ITIL
