Responsibilities may include:

• Ideal to have VMware certification (VCP or VCAP) or Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCSA
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) is an asset
• Ability to write automation scripts (tools like Python)
• Ability to perform backups and recover
• Ability to secure/harden workstations and servers (familiar with Threatlocker and CIS 2.0 ideal)
• Knowledge in Ignition Vision/Perspective. Microsoft Sequel (SQL), and Veeam back up software
• Cybersecurity principles such as zero trust, end-point security, monitoring and alerting tools
• Disaster recovery exercises (configuring, implementing, documenting)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with several customers, different remediation lists, wide variety of tasks, all to be delivered in a timely manner
• Strong analytical and organization skills is a must
• Strong communication skills. Clear communication with our customers' IT & Cyber teams around the change management process is critical to success
• Ensure processes and playbooks are maintained - experience with changes to real time operational systems is an asset
• Must work well with multiple teams, be able to prioritize work, and work independent with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn latest ideas and technology quickly and teach others
• Need to be flexible for working hours. Changes are often implemented in the night time hours. 
• Ability to travel if needed
