We are currently seeking a Travel & Administrative Coordinator to join our team of experienced professionals located at our head office in Kitchener, ON. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinate business-related travel for all Brock employees including booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, etc. 
  • Provide timely and accurate administrative support to the office
  • Assist in maintaining travel records, expenses, and documentation for accounting proposes
  • Support/execution on projects to improve the travel program
  • Support the planning and execution of internal meetings and events
  • As required, act as first point of contact at Reception for visitors
  • Perform other administrative projects and duties as required

Qualifications Required:
  • Experience in coordinating business travel arrangements required
  • Office Administration experience preferred
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or similar discipline is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills 
  • Strong attention to detail skills
